An introduction to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma terminology and methodology. The module will present the delegates with implementation issues they may face and how to solve them. It will provide the essential tools needed to track project progress and the successful deployment of Sigma for long term improvement strategies. The module will give a practical insight of the key Lean and sigma tools and techniques as well as highlighting the necessity for strong leadership skills when choosing the correct team and the correct project for these improvement strategies.
